Your Finances, Your Rules.
Let's build a plan that actually fits your life
If you’re curious about financial coaching could do for you, read on…
Finally understand your money - with someone in your corner.
Through real conversations. Personalised to you.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You’re stressed, overwhelmed and confused about money.
You feel stuck, behind and embarrassed about how little you know. Scared of making the wrong move and losing everything.
You earn well but never seem to have anything left over.
You’re great at making plans… but not so great at following through (and then beat yourself up about it).
You avoid opening your banking app because it’s just too much.
You’ve considered financial advisors but it’s too expensive or you don’t have enough money for them to work with you.
You want to:
Have a clear, personalised plan.
Feel confident making your own financial decisions.
Know exactly what to do next - and why.
Sleep better at night.
That's exactly what these sessions are for!
This isn’t about fixing you - you’re not broken.
It’s not about telling you what to do - you’re clever, competent and capable.
It’s about building a clear, empowered and sustainable relationship with your money so you can feel confidently wealthy and free yourself to live the life you want.
What is Financial Coaching?
Financial coaching is a guided chat, personalised to you, where we discuss where you are, where you want to be and identify what’s standing in the way of you getting there.
It includes practical support - like budgeting tools, savings reviews, discussing investing, or organising debts - but also emotional support: exploring the money stories and beliefs that have shaped your habits and decisions so far.
It's a collaborative process where you're in the driving seat. Unlike financial advice - where someone tells you what to do with your money, or does it for you - here we explore together to work out what you actually want and need. And we fill in the knowledge and confidence gaps as we go.
What Happens in a Session?
Each 90-minute, virtual session starts with you: why you're here now and where you want to focus. From there, the session unfolds naturally.
It might feel like a deep, honest conversation with someone who gets it but who also brings professional knowledge to the table.
It might be more hands-on: budgeting together, checking websites or facing that pile of paperwork you’ve been avoiding.
Sometimes it’s more about untangling the beliefs and emotions that shape your relationship with money.
And it’s a chance to ask every financial question you've ever been too embarrassed to ask elsewhere. That's what this space is for.
After each session you’ll receive a follow-up email within 48 hours with a written summary, clear action points and some bigger-picture ideas to reflect on.
You’re welcome to book a single session, but many people find the three session bundle works better for them. It offers more space to assess your situation, implement changes, reflect on what comes up and refine your options.
How Much Does It Cost?
A single 90 minute session is £120.
A three session bundle is £300.
A 15 minute clarity call is free - this isn’t coaching but allows us to get to know eachother a little and ascertain whether coaching is right for you.
No shame, no jargon, no assumptions.
From the Community:
Alex from the UK, in response to my budgeting tips:
“This was so insightful! And also helped me with what my actual “wants” vs “needs” were… I’m saving a min of 20% but aiming for 22% as a bonus”
Liv from the UK, when we ran through her pension queries together:
“You’ve made such a helpful list of the things to consider. Thank you! There was so much information about change to our pensions that it all got a bit overwhelming and my brain just disengaged.
I love how your posts have shown me that so little of it is about maths of numbers… it’s much bigger than that.”
A follower from the UK, about feeling empowered to make a start:
“Just wanted to tell you that I opened a stocks and shares ISA today because of you! I’ve wanted to get into investing for YEARS but I didn’t know how to do it - you made it so easy!
It’s so refreshing to see finance information from a real normal person like me (who explains terms without making me feel stupid!)”
