I remember hearing on a podcast once, a woman describe the vegetables rotting in her fridge as ✨aspirational veg ✨ and it was at that very moment that I cancelled my weekly, organic veg box. I loved the idea, and sometimes it was great getting stuff I’d never heard of before but honestly - it wasn’t fitting into my life and it was making me feel sad and honestly a bit stupid.
Every week, a reminder that I want to be this sort of person but I actually am this sort of person…
Radical Self-Acceptance
This actually isn’t really about saving a few pennies here and there - though that’s great - and when I did this the other week I more than halved my Financial Times subscription!
What I’m really asking you, is to look at what you’re spending on and assess whether it aligns with the person that you are. The beautiful, unique, whole and important person that you are. Right now.
What can you let go of today?
